- Communication Data: Messages sent via forms, email, SMS/MMS text messages, or other channels.

- Course and Subscription Data: Information related to registering for, attending, or subscribing to AI or other educational services, including login and authentication details for account management.
Note: For secure document exchange and handling of sensitive bookkeeping, accounting, financial, payroll, tax-related, and other private data, we use a dedicated client portal (TaxDome). Such sensitive information is not collected through this website and is protected by separate security measures and policies. We may also receive limited information when you book consultations, enroll in training, download resources, or register for events through approved third-party tools (see Section 2). Payment data is not collected on this website and is handled by reputable 3rd party vendors. We encourage you to read their privacy policies before making any purchase or entering your data.
2. How We Collect Information

- Third-party platforms for discovery calls, course registrations, document exchange, remote support, subscription services, or tax preparation (e.g., Zoom, Microsoft Teams, Calendly, Microsoft Bookings, Eventbrite, TaxDome, SmartVault, ProConnect, TeamViewer, GoToAssist).
- SMS/MMS opt-ins (see our SMS/MMS Terms and Conditions).
- Automatic website tracking (cookies and analytics).
- Direct communications via email or phone.
3. How We Use Your Information

- Respond to inquiries and schedule discovery calls.
- Provide AI classes, educational services, and manage subscriptions.

This includes delivering and improving our accounting, bookkeeping, tax strategy, fractional CFO, business consulting, and educational services.

However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure. Therefore, we cannot promise or guarantee that hackers, cybercriminals, or other unauthorized third parties will not be able to defeat our security and improperly collect, access, steal, or modify your information. Although we will do our best to protect your personal information, transmissions of personal information to and from our Services are at your own risk. You should only access these services within a secure environment.
If we begin storing information directly on this website (e.g., contact forms or booking data), we will implement strict access controls and data protection protocols. For your protection, we will not request sensitive financial information (e.g., full card numbers, Social Security Numbers) to be sent via email or SMS.

California “Shine The Light” Law
California Civil Code Section 1798.83, also known as the “Shine The Light” law, permits our users who are in California residents to request and obtain from us, once a year and free of charge, information about categories of personal information (if any) we disclosed to third parties for direct marketing purposes and the names and addresses of all third parties with which we shared personal information in the immediately proceeding calendar year.
