CPB Solutions, Inc. (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”), including services offered under the Voice & Ledger™ brand, is committed to sending email communications that comply with the CAN-SPAM Act, California privacy regulations, and other applicable laws.

- Existing Clients: Current or past clients may receive service updates, newsletters, or special offers as part of our business relationship.
- New Subscribers: Non-clients receive marketing emails only if they subscribe voluntarily via our site, registration forms, or approved channels.
All recipients may opt out anytime using the unsubscribe link in each email.
2. Clear Identification
Emails clearly state they are sent by CPB Solutions, Inc. and may include Voice & Ledger™ branding.

Payment & Refund Policy
1. Accepted Payment Methods

2. Invoiced Services
Professional services are billed via invoices (Net 15/30). Late fees may apply.
3. Educational Courses and Programs
Payment is due at registration. Access to content is only after payment is processed.
4. Refund Policy
- Live Classes: Full refund if canceled 24+ hours in advance; otherwise credit/partial refund at discretion.
- No-Shows: Not eligible for refund, may receive credit for a future class, at the discretion of CPB Solutions.
- Digital Content: All sales final.
5. Chargebacks
Please contact us within 10 days before disputing with your bank.
Security Notice
