Lilia joined CPB Solutions in 2016 and now manages her client portfolio while leading staff development and process improvement. She bridges client work with firm‑wide operations—overseeing accuracy and compliance, developing Standard Operating Procedures, and introducing new technologies to keep the firm ahead. For Lilia, the most rewarding moments are when clients express relief because their processes are smoother and they feel supported.
